Unfortunately, no, and that's part of the fun! We love surprising our members with a monthly selection that exposes children to toys you might not have chosen yourself. This helps broaden their play and learning experience. While we can't guarantee a specific toy in your next bag, you're always welcome to make a request, and we'll do our best to include it as soon as it's available. You are also welcome to request a preview of the toys to ensure there's no overlap with your child's own toys.

Don't worry about batteries—we've got you covered! We check all battery-operated toys before they go out and replace old batteries with rechargeable ones. We feel strongly about using rechargeable batteries and dispose of used batteries responsibly through recycling channels.

Little hands can be a little rough, so we stock durable, high-quality toys. We're happy to say that breakages are rare. For minor scratches and everyday wear, we don't charge. However, if a toy is completely broken or lost, you will be required to pay for its replacement value. We encourage your children to enjoy the toys, and a little wear and tear is expected!

• Keep it for another month: We'll simply note this and will include one less toy in your next bag.
• Keep it forever: We're happy to sell the toy to you! Think of it as a "try before you buy" option.

Toys that are no longer suitable for our members are retired. If they are still in good working condition, we donate them to local creches to ensure they get maximum usage and bring joy to more children! We're always open to suggestions if you have a local organization you'd like us to support.

We're always looking to expand our inventory! If you have any good quality toys lying around that your kids no longer use, send us a photo. If they are suitable, we would be happy to buy them from you at 50% of their retail price. It's a great way to declutter and get a little cash back.
